United Beverage Company
United Beverage had just moved into their new building and needed covered parking. United Beverage wanted a carport structure that was different from the standard carports typically specified for a commercial project. United Beverage proposed an "Umbrella" design. Working with our engineers, Gort Metals developed a cost effective structure that used standard steel components which save the client money. A third party roll form company was able to roll the beams to the radius needed. The finished product is shown at the left.

KNXV-TV Channel 15
KNXV-TV Channel 15 came to Gort Metals with specific design requirements for covering their fleet of media vehicles. Gort Metals designed a canopy system that allowed extra clear height and clear spans to allow these state of the art vehicles proper access and protection. The finished canopy is shown at the left.

Bank One Ballpark (Home of Arizona Diamondbacks)
This multi-million dollar stadium was completed in 1997. Gort Metals is one of the proud contractors affiliated with this project. Gort Metals provided the covered parking canopies for the coaching staff and team lots. These covered parking canopies included custom fascia trim and can be seen at the left.

Arizona Swap Meet
Gort Metals provided a custom shade canopy system that included steel canopies with canvas shade areas that cover over 100,000 square feet of area. The canopies had to include sprinkler systems and lighting systems. Gort Metals took the challenge and completed a system that is still being used today.
