Gort Metals Corporation is proud to announce it has been awarded 3 contracts by Balfour Beatty Construction to fabricate and install parking canopy systems for the new NTT Global Data Centers campus in Mesa, Arizona.
The contracts correspond to the project’s 3 planned construction phases, positioning Gort Metals as a key project partner throughout the campus development. Under the awarded contracts, Gort Metals will provide parking canopy systems for each phase of the project, including engineering, fabrication, delivery, foundations, erection, painting, and final installation.
Phases 1-3 will each include the installation of 7 full cantilever parking canopies, 3 of which will feature enhanced architectural fascia, box gutters, gutter hangers, and integrated downspouts adjacent to the building, bringing the total project scope to 21 custom-engineered parking canopies across the three-phase development.
